Heavy-duty rail bracket for wall mounting - made in Germany.
The tried-and-tested heavy-duty bracket in profile 41/41 with 2.5 mm wall thickness for particularly high requirements. The U-brace provides additional stability, the diagonal brace is mitred and welded flat, which enables loads of well over 300 kg, depending on the design.
The profile rail of the galvanised mounting brackets is serrated on the rail lip, the stainless steel version is smooth (serrated on request)
The hot-dip galvanised version of the support brackets is suitable for installation in damp rooms and outdoor areas. Easy to align thanks to two slotted holes in the base plate.
All heavy-duty mounting brackets are also available in A4 stainless steel for special working environments. Often a mandatory material for many technical trades and buildings, such as bridge drains, sewage treatment plants, in chemical and pharmaceutical plant construction and in food processing plants. A4 stainless steel is also resistant to acid and seawater.
Our heavy-duty supports are suitable for the professional construction of load-bearing structures, for example for pipework, ventilation ducts and cable trays, for bridge and building drainage or as supports for units and machine components. The serrated profile, in conjunction with the optionally available hammer-head bolts and threaded plates, ensures extremely secure connections.
